Chaotic & Collected is an online shop featuring cute lil' garlands and party decor.
The shop originally started as a wedding stationery store after Jess DIYed the heck out of her own wedding (and countless people told her to sell her stuff). But one day, on a NYC subway platform after a trip to Michael's with her husband, Jess thought a general stationery store was more her thing.
The shop officially opened in 2015 and was originally cards + a few basic garlands and confetti. But as the shop grew and started to take shape, it was obvious that party decor was the way to go.
Now the shop is an explosion of party decor - garlands, confetti, paper straws, food flags & cupcake toppers, cake toppers. All of the things you need to have the most fab party.

We believe that shopping for party decor should be easy and fun.
Many of our garlands and party essentials have been designed based on our own personal life. And we've designed our party kits to go with our garlands so you can have the complete decor package. Easy peasy.
We believe uniqueness shouldn't be so hard to find
